Failure to refund credit on municipal account

<p>In February 2017 I sold a property in Potchefstroom and advised Tlokwe City Council. At that point in time we had a credit of R736-10. I requested a refund of this credit amount. To date I have had no payment from Tlokwe despite the undertakings that it would be done after I send them a proof from my bank of my banking details at their request. In the interim they have been debiting the rates of the new owner since this date to my account with the effect that my credit has now been depleated. They still contunue to send me the monthly statements. There has been various correspondence to them in this regard, with no success.</p>
