Unfair Treatment and Lack of Communication by TLJ Investments

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I’ve had with TLJ Investments. As a customer who recently purchased a property from them, I am deeply disappointed by their unprofessional behaviour and lack of transparency.

Upon purchasing the property, I was blindsided by unexpected demands for occupational rent, which were imposed without any prior notification or agreement on revised move-in dates. Despite our initial agreement, TLJ Investments failed to communicate any changes in occupancy requirements, leaving me liable for additional expenses and unsure of my rights as a buyer. This lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. TLJ Investments actions have not only caused undue financial strain but have also eroded trust in their business practices. It is clear that they prioritise their own interests over the well-being of their clients.

I urge TLJ Investments to rectify this situation by providing clear communication and fair treatment to all their customers. Additionally, I believe it is essential for them to review their policies and procedures to ensure that similar issues do not arise in the future.
