Be very careful when you go into business with the property division of this organization. They will tell you that something can be done, and once you have paid for the service, they will start giving you the runaround. Initially I was referred to them by LegalWise, as I am one of their customers. This was in 2022-23. We had several meeting, agreeing on how the property will be transferred to my name. In that time I had dealt with 2 different people. Last week when I followed up, there was a new person in that position, telling me what I wanted done could not legally be done. When I asked for my money back, they proceeded to tell me that I had only paid them R1000, and I have proof that I had paid them R16,000. Every time I call or email, they simply tell me that they will get back to me, but they don't. I have sent emails and called several times. LegalWise is now telling me that I must report them, but they are also failing to assist me, not considering that this is their service provider and they sent me there. I urge you to be very careful when you go into business with this organization. They are dishonest.
