Incompetence installing a security system

After I received 4 quotes for my security installation I commissioned TLD Projects to install new security and repair my existing security system. The project was not big and included upgrading my intercom, installing security cameras, replacing a garage door motor and replacing security lights around the house. I made it clear that because I was doing renovations at my house, the security installation could only take 1 week - which they readily agreed to. They ripped out my existing intercom and installed a new intercom that did not work. First I was told that the part was faulty and then that the wires running under the paving was damaged. They also broke the handset fitting inside so it did not stay on the wall. As to the security lights, they replaced with the wrong fittings and replaced a light that did not need to be fixed which resulted in it not working. As to the garage motor - they took 2 weeks to try and figure out how to install it - all the while consulting the manual. When I followed up with the ceo Mr Talent Dube he would always say that he is coming the next morning and then just not turn up. I terminated the contract and asked for my money back which he refused.
