Complaint

I think I was fair and have given TLC enough time before becoming irate. I simply find no joy nor resolution with TLC. I am the client and am expecting a service (which I pay for) to be rendered within the promised turnaround time. This is by far the worst cystomer service that I have experienced. There is definitely a lack of communication and customer service and I am wondering if all of TLC customers are experiencing this terrible lack of service as I have. I would definitely not recommend TLC and its "services" or lack thereof to anyone. I have requested telephonically as well as via e-mail to please be provided with feedback even if nothing has been resolved which is a reasonable request, which does not even seem able to be done. I hereby request urgent feedback and completion of my request.
