Bank account wrongfully debit order

As I did explain previously, TLC Solutions had a debit order going of from my account for which they have no permission. I have never contacted them. I have phoned numerous times with out any reply or phone call. Winnie just keep on saying she will send me email regarding this. They deducted the money from my account, because my bank detail was more or less the same as the correct client. I still have not received my money from them, nor has anybody contacted me. Totally unacceptable!!!!!
