MTN BOK TRIVIA Hamper Winner

I won a subscription competition with MTN BOK TRIVIA. Received a call on 6 August 2021 at 11:44 from the number ***. So up until today they have sent my Hamper without any luck that it gets to me. According to them the courier is having trouble with the addresses. But I'm getting parcels every week from various courier companies. And Mandy just keeps on saying my address has been updated with the courier company for the last 3 weeks now and I still have not received my Springbok Hamper!
