Poor workmanship and management

Very poor service and after service. These people are eager to make false promises of delivery and installation of roller doors.Once they have received their payments, their stories begin of waiting for parts to complete the roller doors. Their workmanship is of very low quality and since day one we experienced problems with the roller door. They are constantly trying to market irrelevant equipment on to the customer to make more money. We have now contacted them numerous times due to the roller door chain and sprockets being misaligned and jamming. They first tried to smear off a gimmick of the roller door being due for its first maintenance with extra costs and when informed that the door has only been installed a few months, they back tracked and now inform us that IF and WHEN they are in the area they will consider having a look at the problem.Please people DO not use these people. They are not reliable and once the deposit is paid and work is done, they do not uphold their guarantee on their workmanship.
