Zero Communication

<p>I received a a free accomodation vouchers with a Defy Promotion in December. I filled out all the forms, emailed all information, receievd an email receipt confirmation. I have received no feedback on booking. They don't answer their landline and cell phone says mail box is full.<br />I have even receievd a spam email from some random hacker related to my booking, but nothing from TLC Marketing. You Guys are pathetic. I Hope DEFY doesn't pay for you.</p>
