Won a promo through Dion Wired, TLC Marketing meant to book the weekend away, no service

<p>Purchased a laptop through Dion Wired 3 months ago. Got told I automatically qualify for a weekend away and was given an email to contact. </p> <p>Contacted TLC marketing in Sandton. They asked me to send them the necessary paperwork to complete the booking.</p> <p>And from there on it's been a battle to get the weekend booked. </p> <p>They selectively respond to emails, and they do not seem to pick up their phones either.</p> <p>(Are they understaffed?) (Or does this company not actually exist?)</p> <p>Tried main switchboard: (011) ********** - just rings.</p> <p>Recommended no to dial: (011) ********** - you just stay on hold...for a long time.</p> <p>Very poor service.</p> <p>I am in marketing and I would never recommend this company to run your promotional events. </p> <p>Very bad reflection on Dion Wired as well.</p> <p> </p>
