Usless marking firm TLC

<p>Ive been trying to claim my voucher from this firm since the 1st of may and the month is almost coming to an end.When i phone the call centre agents gives me the same story about ill receive it at the end of the day and one particular agent named IRIS!!!!!!!!!!!! is very rude no phone manners and they are treat absa customers with no respect...im tired of this firm and im getting fed up with absa on not sovling this problem and why are we paying but we can't enjoy our vouchers...I've never delt with a company that doesn't have manners but TLC is useless when it comes to answering a query and absa should be involved and help to solve this problem...or ill take things more further.....thanks in advance for the person who will respond to my complaint </p>
