"TLC" Marketing...with no TLC

<p>I have been trying to claim a voucher from TLC Marketing for WEEKS now.</p> <p>Each time I call customer services they either don't answer or I'm told my query has been taken up (at this point I"m not sure how much higher it needs to be taken up before the heavens open up and I get a response).</p> <p>It's impossible to believe that a task as simple as sending a voucher number could cause such confusion to a multinational company.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
