TLC Marketing and DEFY ****

<p>I bought a washing machine last year NOvember and received a free getaway from defy. Filled out all forms and followed instructions. TLC marketing does not respond or get back to you. Phones go in answered. Thanks for nothing Defy. Should just gone with one of the other brands.</p>
