Shocking and horribly disappointing (non) service

<p>I ordered x8 Ster Kinekor movie tickets and x8 Popcorn and Coke Vouchers from Princess Ndesi at TLC Marketing which were intended for various childrens Christmas presents.</p> <p>After discussing this with her and after making payment and sending her through the proof of payment I was unable to reach her telephonically again, despite calling continuously.</p> <p>On the Friday before Christmas, I was advised by her Out Of Office that she was on leave until mid January!!! I then tried in vain to contact the person named on her OOO and the switchboard operators were iunable to assist despite contacting Princess on her mobile. I probably called the offices in excess of 20 times and no employee, supervsor or person would speak to me or assist.</p> <p>Princess from TLC wasted my time and money and left 8 children very disappointed on Christmas Day.</p> <p>I have been struggling since to receive a refund, my emails go unanswered and only received my refund on 24 January 2016 with no note or appology. DISGUSTING!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
