NO CRUISE BOOKING MADE

<p>This whole night mare started when i first took a contract with Glocell which came with a free cruise worth R8000 , I was required to fill out forms and do booking which i did do, only to be told by Tlc with were handling the bookings for Glocel that bookings were full and was given the run around from resorts accomdataion to a cruise from nowhere to now Portugueses island. I have recording of speaking to Denver from Tlc to confirm my booking has been confirmed and I would only recieve my vouchers for the cruise a month before the cruise which i was fine with. only to find out today from MSC no booking has been allocated under my name or my husband name. Tried contacting them and they answer n cut the call or keep me on hold until the call drops , I have emailed Tsheko aswell has he was the last person i had been in contact with and i get no reply, </p>
