NO Communication - ABSOLUTE JOKE!!

<p>As per several others complaints, purchased a DEFY washing machine and sent code with proof of purchase to TLC - reward campaign. </p> <p>Was contacted once to be advised that bookings are now yet open. several months later, ZERO communication. Phones and emails remained unanswered.</p> <p> </p> <p>DEFY and TLC you need to sort this out!!!</p>
