MCS Voucher from GloCell

<p>I’ve been trying now for 2 month to get hold of GloCell / TLC Marketing to book my cruise on the number provided on the voucher I received in May 2016.</p> <p>Only a voicemail saying “Please stay on the line, your call is important to us” and that’s it.</p> <p>NO SERVICE from TLC!!!!!!!!</p>
