hoax msc cruise on behalf of glocell!

<p>a promotion had been running where the customer had to take a contract from glocell and they will recieve a free MSC cruise to nowhere. every time you call the tlc call centre there is no answer! i had called and waited an hour on hold and there was no response. a confirmation was said to be given 10 days after you send the booking form but i have not heard back since. it is now past 20 working days. i then recieved another form asking for the same information and had not recieved any feedback on that. as a consumer it feels like glocell and tlc marketing orchastrated this scheme!!!</p>
