Going Nowhere

<p>In July I bought tytres at Fastfit the Best Drive in Stellenbosch. I recieved a voucher from them them. On the 9th of August I wanted to redeem the voucher for two movie tickets. I never recieved the tickets so on the 30th of August I phoned to enquire about it I was then told by a guy named Vee that he would phone me back within the hour. He didn't and as such I phoned again on the 1st of September where the same guy picked up and then put me on hold before putting down the phone. I then phoned back and the same guy picked up again. I only got my vouchers after that.</p> <p>Also you wait long before a consultant picks up and its always the same guy that picks up he does not speak clearly and I found myself constantly asking him to repeat himself.</p> <p>I have had dealing with them in the past and many times I have had very slow service.</p>
