Disgusting Service

<p>My partner and I have tried unsuccessfully for a period exceeding 3 months to have TLC Marketing make accomodation booking for holiday that we are going on. We have managed to only ever get a hold of a consultant once out of more than 60 calls we have attempted over the months. Email response is just as useless as even the manager Supriya Singh has not cared to give feedback on our complaint despite threats to report this. This is a DEFY promotion / campaign and I would like them to be aware how absolutely useless this company is along with the superstars: SUPRIYA SINGH, IRIS THINTHA, JABU THOKOANE and CALVIN MYLES.</p>
