Bad Service, Not contactable

<p>i bought a Defy washing machine on the 21st December 2016. i then followed the instructions to claim my Guaranteed Getaway.</p> <p>I sent in my forms on the 22nd of December 2016, and I was advised that I would be contacted.</p> <p>I followed up 10 days after and no one has gotten back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I followed all the instructions as per the T&C’s and no one has contacted me to confirm anything and no one has gotten back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have been following up every week. i finally got a response on the 5th february 2016 and was told "</p> <p>Apologies for the delayed response</p> <p>Looking at your booking form, I see that your preferred dates have passed. Sincerest apologies about that.</p> <p>Please refer to the below availability and advise if I may book any of them for you"</p> <p> i responded back with my prefered dates</p> <p>ever since then i have still not receieved any confirmations or communications for this. </p> <p>it is very frustarting as i keep doing the follow ups and run arounds with no assistance at all.</p>
