TLC, top notch service, compassion and dignity in funeral service

It is hard to put into words the extent of my family's gratitude and satisfaction with the service we received from TLC Funeral Services. If we could rate them any higher than 5 stars we would do it in a heartbeat. From the moment my sister contacted Norman Baartman, both he and his wife Nola went above and beyond to walk alongside us, easing our deepest grief with genuine compassion and most note worthy, handling my mom's body with dignity and care. They are easy to relate to, highly professional and deliver an impeccable service which extends beyond bidding a loved one farewell. My sister, daughter, son and I cannot thank Norman and Nola enough for allowing us space to grieve while they attended to the nitty gritty with so much kindness, love and compassion. To us, they are like extended family and we are eternally grateful that a friend recommended their services to us at a time we were absolutely heartbroken and shattered. Norman and Nola, THANK YOU for taking the raw, heartsore edge off this life altering season in our lives.
