Mini looks worse than when it arrived

What a horrible 1 year of absolute lies and no service! My car has been lying in this workshop for a year and right now it’s 18:23 on the 26th of March 2020. Sam decided to work on all the cars he wanted to deliver on time and disappoint me all over again. He **** to me the whole of 2019 and still lying in 2020. My car looks worse than when it came in here. He painted over dents and scratches. The car’s interior is so horrible. All this after he sweet talked me and told me my car will be looking brand new when he is done.
