Poor service

Hellopeter. I have a big complain about Tladi Clinic in Soweto Naledi, there's a huge poor admin service, I have been driving my sister there since a week before last and every time I go to the clerks for her file its missing, we everyday do a new file now all her medical record is gone another Doctor has to guess and struggle.
