LACK OF UBUNTU & BEHAVIOURAL PROBLEMS

Literally the worst clinic to be at. Those nurses are actually self-employed there, they couldn't care less about the well-being of others, they lack Ubuntu and empathy. They parade all around in the presence of patients while the same people have been stuck seated in the same place. They lock themselves in their offices with their friends while people wait. They play with their phones during consultations, they're always distracted. They don't communicate regarding why things are so stagnant all the time, they give same medication all the time! They don't seem to have someone qualified in management, they don't seem to have anyone leading them correctly or reprimanding them, their behaviour is absolutely pathetic. They really could've chosen other career paths than make patients feel like they're at their mercy. The lack intelligence. They use harsh valguar language to communicate with patients, most nurses have really short tempers. They could really do with some change. They make the clinic feel cold and dead. It's a mess really. Somebody needs to step in and step up. It's become an unpleasant place to go to, the list goes on and on.
