T & L driving school bloemfontein worst service ever

So we paid upfront for 10 lesson R2500. the 1st 5 lesson all went well. now every weekend when the lessons are due, then they either never arrive or they always late. the most shocking part is the fact that i have to phone each and everytime to find out whats going on..

they ****** confuse you so much as they keep on changing drivers. one will tell you to do things one way and then the other will say thats wrong. you advertise so well, but you do not give a damn about your customer service. no returns policy, meaning now that you have my money you dont care what happens to a person. i work in a customer focused enviroment and if i had to compare to you guys at T&L driving school. you are actualy DISGUSTING.
