For years now, TL Botha in Hartenbos has consistently failed to respond to emails.

I have been living since 2018 in one of the complexes managed by TL Botha in Hartenbos, Mossel Bay. It has consistently been difficult to get any reply from them by email. Customer service simply does not seem to be a priority. Now again: I sent an email on 11 March asking about my final statement, and they still have not bothered to respond. It's a waiting game with them.
