TKY POWER PRODUCTS

You sometimes come across Exceptional Service and this is one of those times. I have over the past few weeks had the pleasure of dealing with TKY Power products at their new premises. From the first step into their new premises to the friendly greeting from Rob and Danie you are treated like the only customer. They are really on top of their game. I left my Brush cutter for a quote and was given it within 24 hrs and very reasonable at that. Then from the time of me authorising the quote to completion of repair was 4 days. I also bought a lawn mower from them. On arrival at the farm the mower would not start. I phoned in , spoke to Rob and within 1/2 an hour he was at the farm sorted the problem out and apologised for a spring that had broken even though it was no fault of theirs. I have also had a follow up phone call to make sure that all is working 100% .

I will never look anywhere else for my power products or repairs to them. From Stihl products to Yamaha products you can't get better service
