TKL online revenue a division of takealot as they so claim?

Ok so this is more so a clarification than a complaint. However, I cannot seem to find a trustworthy takealot contact to query through. I would very much like to know about TKL online revenue as they claim to be part of Takealot. I believe they are very new and many people are asking whether or not they are legit and nobody has been able to answer. I believe takealot can clear the air by simply informing the public if TKL is actually a part of their company and if not then they also deserve to know that there is a **** company posing as a division of their company. I find it really hard, for multiple reasons, to believe TKL is legitimate. Spelling and grammar - every body of text written on their behalf is riddled with spelling and grammatical errors. You cannot download their app on playstore (not to say every app on play store is legit). They claim to be charitable, but instead of listing the charity organisations that they actively support - they merely say "disabled persons, novel coronavirus patients, children in difficulty, elderly people living alone, orphanage, nursing home". And I cannot place it yet.... but I know that logo from somewhere???
