***** Estate Agent

I rented a place from an agent, had no lease so it was deemed as month to month agreement, till my complaints was resolved, and it was never resolved. I gave a month notice, moved & asked for my deposit, the agent & director refuses to give my deposit back after being instructed by the owner to pay it back. She blocked my number and is utterly rude. She should not be in REAL ESTATE, she is a ******, robbing people of their deposit. I complained @ the EAAB & I'M waiting for month's for this to be resolved. I'm very hurt as an unemployed mother of 4, that another woman will rob me of my money. I will not stop till I get my deposit back.
