bad service

after logging a new installation from TK TECHNOLGIES - DSTV in alberton they phoned and said at 7.30 they leaving now and will be there soon, at 10 i phoned them and asked what time will they be there they send a technician out, that was rude and very unprofessional, the worked they did came loose after a day. when i phoned the owner pulled a racial card on me. saying and implying things i never said. the technician told my mother the account was 943 shes 70 and she paid it when looked at the account after he left it was 843
