Bad and dishonest company and service.

Tl blinds are unprofessional, I had them come to do laminate flooring, firstly they arrived late, secondly they did not bring a vacuum, black bags etc it was a wet day so they did their cutting in my kitchen which I had to clean. There are planks that have come loose which they have said it’s because of water I have not had water in my bedroom, when I requested a meeting with them they kept making excuses but eventually arrived this morning late again, the other days I made appointments which they never kept. They have to replace Cornish which was put on incorrectly and the laminate door strips have come loose. I feel that they are dishonest why I am saying this is because when I asked for the make of the flooring he wanted to know why well I’m the client I have right to know what I have paid for. I have yet to o receive an invoice that I have been asking for since the work was done on the 3rd of July. I am going to take them to the consumer council. I dealt with Adam. I have to point out they only have 1 guy doing all the work.
