Bad After Service

Bad after service from TJ Home Improvements and Solar Cleaning, had to keep on calling them back many tines to repair faulty workmanship, after installing a JOJO Tank and related plumbing. In June 2025 The piping underneath the brick work where they joined is still leaking despite me pointing this out to him the first few times they came around to repair, only to be told i must give it time to dry out. and now a new leak has formed in their same plastic piping above the ground. Now when I called them out again to fix their bad workmanship I'm told I will now have to pay them. At the time I was told they give a years garantee and 10 year garantee on the Jojo tank. And im still waiting for an invoice from them for the work done despite me asking everytime they showed up. The excuse now is they only give a 6 month guarantee on the pipes, yet at the time I asked why his using plastic instead of copper as everyone else does, he said its a lifetime guaranteed product and is fully uv protected etc. By telling me this, i at the time agreed to use the plastic piping but now I regret it. I now have to get another company in to properly fix their installation.
