Unprofessional

Unprofessional service from the owner, puts the phone down in your ear . We made a payment to the school for January 2018, after asking for refund the owner refused to inform us if she will refund the money. We went to the bank to reverse the payment and she declined it. There are no progress at this school. My son was there for more than a year and he cant count to 10 properly. When they give out raports they mark stuff that we know he struggled with as good. Not recommending this place to anyone
