Tjirp handmade clay jewellery not reliable at all

Made payment promptly for earrings, received incorrect waybil number, try to follow up, not answering any calls, e-mails and whatsapps! Contacted courier company, the waybil is an old waybill, now I am not sure if I am going to receive the products or not?????
