Terrible pathetic horrible service

Pathetic. Very very very poor service. The "manager" Etly is extremely unhelpful amd was very rude to us when we were stranded tonight due to mix up with our booking. We were stuck outside the Tjimaka gate tonight for an hour after she refused to open for us or send someone to speak to us in person. I had booked and paid for my accommodation but she treated us like common *********. Maybe it's because I am not a white client. I am extremely disappointed. I regret spending my hard earned money here. For a manager you sure do not know how to manage your business. Do not waste your money here.
