So called warrenty
I recently bought a Tjikko watch and was really in love with the detail of the watch.

Upon hugging someone the pin in the wrist band came out of its holder, but I figured it was just my fault. I put it back with ease. Few days later a similar situation occurred, but this time I was walking along the beach and the watch fell in the water.

I went back to the location where the watch was bought (This was within a 2 month period), but to my surprise they wanted nothing to do with me due to the fact that the watch sustained water damage.

I tried to explain its because of the faulty pin that the watch fell in the water. Even after the sales lady explained that this is not the first occurrence related to a short \faulty"pin in the wrist which they received"
