Bad Service

Don't ever use them. They treat people like they are doing you a favor and not as a client. They have no pride in what they are doing and has a serious lack in people s****s. They bill me for services I don't have an never had. Refuse to resolve the issue and just ignore the problem. No attempt to actually rectify the problem. But yet I have to continue paying for it. They take their time to act on any instruction. (waiting a month to have an access number at the gate changed and never received a tag I asked for) Bill you an astronomical amount for electricity with incorrect meter readings and refuse to credit you but tell you to pay and they will deduct it from future usage until the money is used up. R 20 000 would have taken me almost 3 years to absorb. They only do something when you had enough and loose it with them. Worst managing agent I have ever come across!!!!
