Is this really a legit legal company? Won't even supply contact information for Ombudsman

I have requested possibly up to and above 20 times for a statement on my account which has not been sent. Payments have been made but not allocated as confirmed by call centre agents. I have told them no further payments will be made until a statement showing payments, which proof has been sent, has been sent to me. I have also requested details for the Ombudsman where I can report the company as they have no ethic in supplying my legal rights to a statement.
