CONTINUOUS TELEPHONE HARASSMENT

<p>Good day</p> <p>i have been receiving telephone calls from the above company about a personal loan which they say i took at Nedbank, and they are tracing me on behalf of Nedbank. all the time i have to explain the same story and asked for the consultant to ammend and correct the details they have as i am not the person they are looking for. Apparently we somehow share one of the names with the person they are looking for. I have on several occassion told them i am Thabisani Thabo Ndlovu and they are looking for Thabo Ndlovu. i am born 01.july .1975 AND ALWAYS THEY CONFIRM I AM NOT THE PERSON THEY WANT. I have asked them politely since last year around August 2016, they keep calling and everytime is a different person .Some of them are very rude although some are polite .I am writing to you today as i have given up hope on them correcting their errpor despite always promising to correct. As of today i spoke to MPHO NKWE who did not want to listen to me when i requested him to check on his file so that he confirms that i previously asked for them to ammend their records. he called me from 010- ********** and because we did not agree on what i was saying, i later received a sms on my number ending....6563 saying i must call ********** regarding my loan with reference NB 14-06040.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will appreciate if you can assist and have them apologise for the harassment they are putting me through. i always answer their calls as i want this resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Thabo</p>
