Bogus company .

On the 29th October 2022 I did an online application with them for funeral grocery & catering plan they offer , paid the joining fee as requested . Receive the correspondence from them confirming receiving the joining . I have never received any policy documentation or policy number from since. I requested for the membership to be cancelled on the 2nd of November 2022 via an email , which was never responded. Later made a call and was reassured that my matter was been attended to & that I will be refunded my joining fee. No correspondence has been received from this company since , I still have not received neither my joining fee back or policy documents stating my membership .
