TJ Auto Bramely sells Engine damaged cars and refuse to refund its customers

I saw an advert on Autotrader for a Hyundai 2010 i20 that was being sold by TJ Auto dealership in Bramley. I purchased the car and paid upfront on the 31st of January 2023. The car was for my daughter, she went to them and liked the car, and we asked them to service the car and register it before we take it. The car was delivered on the 2nd of February and on the 3rd the car was overheating and would not start. My daughter had to have the car towed to her place through her insurance. She phoned the garage on Saturday and they said they will refund the money she paid for service so she can take it somewhere else for service, which they did. She took the car to Super Quick Norwood for service and diagnosed the engine as faulty and advised that my daughter need to take the car back for a refund as it was withing 30 day of purchase. My daughter phone TJ Auto to take the car back and ask them for refund and was told by the manager, that she can only get the money once the car has been sold, and that they used her money to buy another car, I have never head such a ridiculous excuse and their action goes against the consumer protection act. This dealership practices ************ business ethics and people must stay away from it.
