He will demand a deposit he will randomly rock up and show up at the house you are Renting during the week and on weekends He will open the gate and do as he pleases even though you are renting, he will want to discuss personal things with you such as where we're you where do you work ect....

His accommodation/rental contract is always 6 monts as in 6months he is always In great need of another deposit and a new tenant that he intends to feed off.
