Worst service ever.... No service

I bought tickets for an event online. I never received the tickets via SMS or E-Mail, but the money went off my bank account. I emailed them and got an automated reply back, that they will follow up with me within 12 Business hours. That was on the 26th of September 10am.... It's now the 1st of October 4pm and I haven't heard anything back from them.
