Excellent service

During March 2015, I bought a Tivoli kitchen mixer from CTM Alberton. With the mixer recently starting to malfunction, I went back to CTM Alberton on 11 August 2015. Within 24 hours Tivoli sent a technician out who replaced the malfunctioning part in less than two minutes free of charge.<br> <br> I experienced the after-sales service as extremely good, convincing me that whenever I buy taps again I will not consider anything but Tivoli products.<br> <br>
