Bad after service

Have bought Tivoli toilets and from beginning they are permanently leaking water in the toilet. We were a few times at CTM reporting the problem but no service from Tivoli and CTM. Very poor service, we do not recommend them . We bought Tivoli because of 15 year guarantee but from our experience their is no guarantee and after service.
