<p>Quincy Booyse decided we do not exist anymore after we made the payment to book our Technical test for the sale of our vehicle. He is always unavailable or on lunch, no matter what time of the day it is and he never returns a phone call. Needless to say no one else can help us either.</p> <p>It has been three weeks since this process has started. This is absolutely redicilous.</p>
