Wesbank - Title Guard Finance - Pathetic
Do not go to Wesbank for Private Vehicle Finance - They ship off your deal to a company called Title Guard Finance for Private deals. What a joke.
You pay upfront for one of their approved inspectors to check the car out to verify the car is legitimate and in good order - thats R 950, then you also require a roadworthy certificate, which is fair enough.
I have no problem with either of the above. BUT they now expect the seller to sign off on the car and accept all risk in the event the car is not what they say it is i.e. in good condition.
So why did I pay the R 950 and what did i pay the road worth certificate for. Did anyone do their job?
Its a 1 year old car and if the inspection had been done why would the seller have to sign all these terms and conditions.
Pathetic ... just another money making **** the banks have introduced.
I now sit without a car , the seller is so agitated that she wants to trade the car in and the dealership that has the car will charge me R 8000 to undo the mess.
Wesbank you have really let me down and i can quite honestly say your outsourced finance operation is a joke. Title Guard is a division of Chocolate Finance - definatley not sweet !
