unpleasant experience

This is my first time buying a private vehicle through wesbank and I can say that my experience through Titleguard has been very unpleasant. There is no sense of urgency with little or no feedback on the progress as I constantly need to email the consultant for feedback as phoning her is not an option as she is always busy but responds to emails.

This is an example of what I had to deal with.
Me: So the bank confirming payment was made to you guys this morning, is that not finalising the deal?I just need to know as I need to give Paul feedback with regards to how long he still needs to wait on the funds in order for me to get the car.kindly confirm as per the previous email. Do you guys transfer the funds to him?
Consultant's one liner: Hi I already spoken to Paul, regarding the payment.

But Paul confirmed no one contacted him ragarding the payment to him. This is how I was made feel throughout this process..like im th 3rd party.and still no proper feedback was given. The vehicle is now insured in my name but I have not taken delivery yet.

can you please confirm when payment will be made to the seller in order to put this experience behind me.
