Second run-in with Titleguard

This is my second review on Tiltleguard. UNFORTUNATELY i had to deal with them again. I honestly do not understand why Wesbank insists on using this company to deal with their private financing of vehicles. As you may or may not know, when you purchase a vehicle from a private seller and get it financed the vehicle has to go through several tests- done by Titleguard. We purchased our vehicle at the end of January 2016, it underwent all of the tests. Literally the day after we picked the car up things started going wrong. Part after part started failing. We do ofcourse understand that older vehicles do need parts replaced now and again, but the number of things that are going wrong with this vehicle in this short space of time is just unacceptable. We have had to pay R23000 out of our own pockets to get some of these parts fixed (the balance was covered by our waranty on the vehicle- thank god we took the warranty). We are of the impression that the inspection was not done properly and that many of these EXPENSIVE break-downs could have been avoided. I do not know about you, but i do not have R23000 just lying around to spend as I please. We took the quiry up with Titleguard. Just as my previous experience with them- you have to beg them to get information out of them. They ignore you, ignore your calls, messages and emails. You simply cannot get information out of these people.

Stay away from them. Do not use them- EVER!

It seems to me that they are running a ***** operation and do not value, respect, respond or care about their customers.

Dear Simone
The vehicle in question was bought in December 2015 and the vehicle had done 241000km. Since December to date, the vehicle has done more than 12000km. The invoices we received from you was for general service and clutch kit. The clutch is a wear and tear item and all owners must service their own vehicles.
